omorrow I’ll start the
diet’ – that age-old
phrase you say when
you know you could
do with losing a few
pounds. Trouble is,
tomorrow never comes. Main excuses
are: you don’t have the time, there
are too many social events coming
up, your family won’t get on board
with your healthy eating plan, it’s
endless. Or perhaps you’ve tried and
failed to lose weight so many times
before that you can’t face starting
again – or you’re convinced all your
efforts will be in vain anyway.
Well, stop right there! There will
always be a reason to delay your
new healthy lifestyle. But with
some positive thinking and a little
discipline, you can get into shape
