PATHETIC POLITICIANS
Ambrose Bierce described politics as "a strife of interests masquerading as a contest
of principles" - and anyone keeping even the most distant eye upon the political arena
would presumably agree that when it comes to outsourcing's place in contemporary
political iscourse, "strife" is a most appropriate term. In this issue's Top Ten, Ed Brooks
presents his list of nine (it'll make sense, trust us) politicians from the US and UK who've
contributed to the negative perception of outsourcing in the public eye – through their
