It is also important for your health and that’s because a good dose will boost your levels of vitamin D, which is essential for maintaining optimum bone, teeth and muscle health. But a recent survey in the uK showed that more than half of adults did not have enough vitamin D and in the winter and spring about one in six people have a severe deficiency.
