Get out of the office and you'll improve staff morale - and attract new business E veryone knows how Jack reacts to all work and no play - and the same is true of your staff. You might be hesitant to take your whole team away from the office for a day, but taking a trip to a sporting event or giving people a chance to show their skills (or even develop new ones) can be highly motivating and help your employees build lasting bonds, all of which contribute to productivity. "Team-building activities
