ST. PATRICK’S CREDIT UNION (ESB STAFF) LTD.

ST PATRICK’S CREDIT Union is delighted to announce the introduction of new products and services over the next couple of months:

New Website

Our new website has just been launched. It has the same address www.stpatrickscu.ie but is greatly improved in terms of functionality, navigation, with information more visible and accessible. The new website will allow us to provide our members with more electronic services, such as electronic statements (see below) and future online banking services.

Electronic Statements

One of the main features of the new website is the ability to provide members with electronic statements (e-statements). All our members who have supplied an email address will automatically receive e-statements instead of postal statements from January 2013. The e-statements will be available in the Members’ Area of the website.

New Loan Products

We are launching new loan products in January 2013 – primarily, an Educational Loan and a Debt Consolidation Loan. The Educational Loan will be ideal for members who have children going to college, as it will provide them with peace of mind knowing they have the financial means to support their children during their college years.

The Debt Consolidation Loan will help member’s clear expensive external debts, such as credit card debts or bank loans, and to reduce their overall repayments accordingly.

The relevant interest rates/terms and conditions will be available on the website over the next few weeks.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT is now up and running and is a much safer, secure and more efficient way for members to withdraw their money, and also means members will have quicker access to it – i.e. within two working days!

To avail of this service, members need to download, complete and send in an Authority and Indemnity Form from the Homepage on our website www.stpatricscu.ie (original forms only can be accepted – scanned or faxed copies are not acceptable).

The Board of Directors, supervisors and staff of St Patrick’s Credit Union wish all our members a peaceful Christmas and a prosperous NewYear.

Please see our website for further details on any of the above or call the office on 01-6325100 where a member of staff will be happy to help you.

Please contact Simon Dunne on 01-6325125 if you have any questions.
