During 2012, we will be rolling out an integrated Customer Service Centre for an enhanced range of BSC services, which will include self serve options for customers, delivered through our new Intranet Site.
In the meantime, we have put a new front page to link the old ICT and Shared Services sites, to help customer navigate and find the information they need.
New identity for the Business Service Centre
A critical part of our strategy is building a new image and culture for the Business Service Centre.
Over the coming weeks, you will notice our new identity and signage which will we be using on all internal communications, including our website, presentations and office layouts.
Our new identity, using photos of staff from all areas within the BSC, was chosen to represent our ONEVOICE Values……… Value Driven, Ownership, Innovative, Can Do and Expert.
We also have a new strapline: ‘Your partner in excellence’.
This was chosen from over 115 suggestions submitted by the staff of the Business Service Centre and the winning entry was from Orla Gardner, Technology Solutions.
