WITH POPULATION GROWTH SET TO DOUBLE DEMAND BY 2050, WE MUST TRANSFORM OUR FOOD SYSTEM... URGENTLY. THERE ARE HUGE OPPORTUNITIES TO PRODUCE FOOD IN A WAY THAT WORKS WITH NATURE, NOT AGAINST IT − AND PROVIDE ENOUGH NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR EVERYONE BY REDUCING FOOD WASTE AND HAVING HEALTHIER DIETS.
