Alongside Seneca Bridging's Head of Operations, Sharon Catterall, the team
was further bolstered by Neil Farrar-Smith in autumn 2017 to expand the
proposition and reach of our bridging business.

Throughout my 20-year career in finance, I've
worked for several types of financial institution,
from a boutique corporate finance house, through
to a leading global bank. However, my approach
has always been the same - offer innovative
finance solutions that are right for my clients, right
for the market and right for the funder.
As well as complementing the activities of my
colleagues in promulgating our development
finance proposition to my network of advisers and
introducers, Seneca Bridging have asked me to
design and launch our innovative Working Capital
Solutions products which I'll discuss in a little more
detail below.

Bridging Finance
This has been our core proposition for the last four
years. In that time lenders have been forced to cut
their rates as new entrants have come into the
market. We have a competitive product and we'll
continue to leverage our reputation for successful
and speedy service delivery, but we won't get into
a rate war. We look for opportunities that meet our
investors' expectations, and have a viable exit plan.
In all cases, we'll undertake an assessment of the
borrower and the asset base. I'm fortunate to be
supported by experienced and dedicated credit
professionals, enabling me to provide certainty to
my introducers.
