Bob Holt speaks to Onside magazine about his values
and business management style - applied successfully

Bob Holt has a background in developing support service
businesses. In 1996 Bob bought a controlling interest
of Mears Group and took the company onto AIM at a
market capitalisation of £3.6 million. Since then he's been
instrumental in growing Mears to revenues of £1 billion
and a market capitalisation of £450 million, through steady
growth and smart acquisitions. Mears has given significant
returns to shareholders and was the best performing share
over 5 and 10 years. Mears joined the main list of the
London Stock Exchange in 2008.
