A

s the video industry continues
to experience seismic change,
network operators, video service
providers and content owners must
constantly make critical strategic and
tactical decisions - ones that lead them

a tenuous collection of disparate

and the vagaries of the Internet.

When things are working well, this

distribution system delivers video
