Datavideo Product Introductions
Datavideo is introducing a lot of new
products at the 2017 edition of IBC...

a
manufacturer
chooses the large trade show in
Amsterdam for introducing their latest
and greatest products.
This IBC it's nothing else on the large
Datavideo booth right near the main
entrance of hall 7 (stand D39) at the
blue-and-white brightly lit stand.
HDBaseT: Datavideo has developed
an HDBaseT platform including a pan/
tilt/zoom camera and a full mobile
workstation. This mobile workstation
contains everything you need for a
successful video production. The HS1600T contains three powered camera
interfaces that connect to a remote
camera through regular Ethernet
cable. Over a distance of 70 metres,
power, signal, control data and tally is
transported. On the workstation is a
switcher and camera control station to
operate. New is the built-in streaming
encoder and recorder, to easily stream
out your production to all the larger
platforms like Facebook, Youtube or
Datavideo's own DVS-200.

Block cameras: Datavideo
is showcasing all their
latest cameras in a true
shootout on the booth.
At this shootout you
will find the regular
Datavideo
PTC-150
pan/tilt/zoom camera
and the BC-80 block
camera. These FullHD
cameras deliver stunning
images in resolutions up
to 1080p60. New is the
BC-50. This FullHD camera
features a built in streaming encoder
to connect directly to the web. This
solution is ideal for meeting rooms
and conferences that require superior
images.
PTC-200 is the new 4K pan/tilt/zoom
camera that delivers the best image
quality around, whereas BC-200 is
the block camera housing the same
sensor. These 4K cameras have 12x
optical zoom so you won't miss out on
detail when necessary.

NVS-40: Nominated for the IABM
innovation award is the NVS-40
streaming encoder. This new piece
of hardware contains four inputs and
has multiple encoding and recording
options. All four inputs can be
streamed out at the same time, while
being split up in different bitrates and
resolutions. The NVS-40 looks like
the new standard in cost-effective
streaming encoders, so make sure to
check it out on the Datavideo booth.

NightHawk camera: Introduced at
IBC2017 is the new NightHawk camera.
This completely customisable camera
can be used in a lot of different ways.
It can be configured as a very costeffective broadcast studio camera,
but also rigged up to function as an
outstanding field camera. With an
M4/3 mount this camera can be used
with a variety of lenses and the sensor
is very sensitive for use in darker areas
like show venues. Datavideo invites
every show visitor to come by and
see the camera for themselves, it's
something very refreshing!
