InB: Can you give us a brief
overview of what we can expect in
the next 6-12 months within your
sector?
Advanced Media: Aligned with the
new trend of 4K resolution content
creation, a big wave of change
is coming to high-quality image
production with combination of HDR
(high dynamic range) and high-frame
rate shooting with deeper bit depth.
4K HDR is the biggest industry change
and will be adapted by industry
quicker than HD was. There will be
more and more 4K HDR/HD SDR filebased multipurpose production and
HDR post-production, mastering and
distribution that will result in much
higher image quality and creative
contents.
InB: Any specific product/s taking
centre stage this year?
AM: This year we're having a similar
concept and design to the previous

CABSAT. As always we will showcase
the most recent and exciting brands
and products at our stand, and our
main focus will be on broadcast and
professional video equipment and
accessories for high-quality and
creative production.

InB: What challenges did you face
when designing / launching the
product/service?
AM: When a new product is
launched, depending on the demand
and uniqueness of that product in
the market, we can forecast a good
demand from our dealers and new
customers in the first few months.
Otherwise, if the product is not
relatively new and not in a high
demand, it requires a lot of product
marketing and training to make it
known and popular in the region. Our
customers always trust in the brands/
products we launch in the market.
InB: Which territories do you
think will show particular interest?
AM: GCC Countries primarily,
followed by the Middle Eastern and
North African countries.
