ne of the biggest challenges
users and businesses face is
getting their data up to the cloud.
For businesses, moving data can be
an issue, depending on the amount
and size of the data there is to move,
which could mean terabytes of
archived files. In many cases, the size
of the data is massive and may require
several days to move. Even with a fast
internet connection there are network
impairments that traditional tools, or
even tools provided by the cloud service
provider, can't overcome. Those issues

Direct 3.5.

FileCatalyst Direct is a suite of
client and server applications that
enables point-to-point accelerated
file transfers. Direct 3.5 offers users
the ability to move files to and from
Amazon S3 cloud storage at speeds
of up to 10Gbps, and will soon be
integrated with Microsoft Azure Blob
storage. This will make it easier for
users to share their large media files in
the cloud, rather than storing files on
premise.

a simplified installation process for
Mac users, and an improved user
