Global Presence
Telescript has expanded its global outreach and now
manufactures across three continents...

uilding a global presence is the
goal of many companies these
days. That is no different at Telescript
International.
"To be able to fulfil the needs of our
rapidly expanding customer base, we
knew we had to expand our global
manufacturing
presence,"
noted
Chris O'Brien Managing Partner.
"Telescript sells systems that are
now manufactured across three
continents," continued Chris. "Our
biggest concern as we expanded
our manufacturing abilities... was to
ensure we still delivered the same
high-quality offerings our customers
expect from Telescript."

challenge of being a global company
is that you need to understand what
all customers want. What is popular
in one part of the world does not
necessarily always translate into
others, so developing products that
are attractive to a worldwide market,
became a focus for us."
ScriptPeople
For the first time ever, Telescript
developed a product that doesn't
carry the Telescript name and the
ScriptPeople product line was born.
While Telescript has always made
high-end teleprompting gear, they
realized the market for high quality;
yet the more affordable teleprompting
system was needed for customers with
tighter budgets. ScriptPeople from
Telescript fills that need.

teleprompter that comes packaged
with a free 2-year software
subscription and a controller in the
box.

Customer Facing
Customer service is extremely
important to the folks at Telescript
International. It's what they have

built their success on. "Let's face
it, without our customers, we're
nothing", mentions Theresa O'Brien,
Customer Relationship Manager at
Telescript International. "When a
customer reaches out with a question
or problem, we need to be able
to respond in a quick and timely
fashion. But when a call or email isn't
enough, working with the customer
face-to-face is always an option for
Telescript's customers."
"Just recently we had a government
in Africa that purchased our Motorized
Public Speaking system, along with
software. They wanted to get support
from us on-site to help train their
team to operate the equipment. They
wanted to know best practices and
how to integrate our system into their
workflow," says Dealer Liaison John
Kukura. "When a customer purchases
our products, it's our priority to make
sure they are 100% satisfied. This
specific customer wanted us to send
someone out from the U.S. to ensure
they had the best support possible...
and course, we were able to deliver. By
being able to travel to the customer,
it strengthens our relationship with
them and lets them know we are
willing to do whatever it takes to
ensure they are completely satisfied."
Expanding Presence
All of these efforts are expanding
Telescript's global presence. "Although
we have been around for many years,
we feel we are only in the beginning
of what we hope to accomplish,"
says Chris O'Brien, Managing Partner
of Telescript International. "We are
