InFORM wTVision Shows Broadcast Graphics Solutions At IBC
wTVision was present, once again, in IBC to showcase its real-time broadcast graphics solutions and playout automation systems. The exhibit focused on the iPad integration as a Human Interaction Technology and User Interface (HITUI) to remotely control broadcast graphics, a 3D stereoscopic showreel and sports turn-key products such as football, surf and motorsports. wTVision’s booth had several stations where the company’s products were displayed. The main themes covered were sports, elections, studio programs and playout automation. The elections station gave visitors an insight about the new interactive technologies integrated by wTVision such as iPads, serving as a mobile device to control on-air graphics. Some electoral applications developed entirely by wTVision were also featured at the stand. The sports station featured a stereoscopic 3D broadcast graphics presentation and the SportStats CG software, which includes a data scouting system and on-air graphics playout controller, creating real-time on-air graphics for several sports.

advertising insertion on existing channels. Studio CG, wTVision’s most recent product, is the tool to manage, edit and control studio shows and newscasts on-air graphics. The Studio station will show the software operating a studio program with its simple interface while playing a complete library of editable SD/HD graphic templates specially designed for news, sports, financial and entertainment programs. wTVision provides on-air graphics solutions in 25 countries, supporting 4,000 live broadcasts a year.
