Datavideo is showing new products at BroadcastAsia 2018, including the ultra-versatile
full HD low light video camera, NightHawk NH-100...
through the mobile device's 4G network.
This provides a cost effective, high-quality
solution for outdoor live event broadcasting.
The highly modifiable body of NightHawk
gives users the freedom to build up and
enhance their own professional camera rig,
which contains monitors, recorders, batteries
and stabilisers.

Adding Production Value

NightHawk features a micro 4/3" sensor

brand new 1080p video switcher, SE3200; and a four-channel streaming
encoder and recorder, NVS-40, will also be
on show.

Capturing Images Clearly
Datavideo's NightHawk NH-100 is equipped
with a micro 4/3" CMOS sensor with 12-bit
image processor, able to create beautiful
image quality for any application including
live broadcast, events, night club, night
view, and so on. The real-time HDR with

high sensitivity setting can be extended
up to ISO 409600 to allow NightHawk to
capture objects clearly with spectacular
details including shadows and highlights,
even in demanding low light conditions due
to its excellent noise suppression technique.
NightHawk features a micro 4/3" sensor
and lens mount, compatible with any type
of MFT film lens from many manufacturers
such as Leica, Panasonic, Olympus, and
more. One of the unique characteristics of the
NightHawk is the ability to stream out video

The SE-3200 is a 12-channel video
switcher that supports up to 1080p
resolutions. Having 12 inputs in combination
of SDI and HDMI connections, the SE-3200
is Datavideo's most versatile Full HD video
switcher. It has high-end production switcher
features such as DSK, Chroma key, linear,
Luma key, stinger transitions, and still store.
SE-3200 also comes with a built-in title
creator, TC-200, which allows users to add
lower third graphics and titles overlay on
top to the video using any of Datavideo's
character generation software. The ability
to have two downstream keyers and four
upstream keyers allow users to be creative in
their productions as well as add production
value to their programmes. These powerful
features make the SE-3200 an ideal switcher
for fast-paced broadcast productions such
as live concerts and game shows.

The third product Datavideo is announcing
at BroadcastAsia is the NVS-40. If you are
looking to do more than a single channel
stream and record, the brand new NVS-40
offers a lot more features than a typical

streaming encoder. The NVS-40 can accept
up to four independent signals to do multiple
channel streaming and ISO recording. The
most impressive feature of the NVS-40 is
that it allows users to stream multiple inputs
in side-by-side or a quad screen mode.
This feature is especially useful for those
who want to stream their presentations of
PowerPoint slides along with a camera input of
a presenter, or for streaming news broadcasts
with a side-by-side view of the anchors and a
field reporter.
The interface of the NVS-40 can be
accessed through a web browser. The
intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows
users to set various bit rates for encoding
and recording.
Each channel can have its own encoding
and recording bit rate that is different for
the other channels. Multi-view modes are
configurable for streaming multiple inputs.
In addition, the NVS-40 has the ability to do
multiple platform streaming, which allows
users to stream to Facebook, YouTube, and
your website simultaneously.
Another great feature of the NVS-40 is that
it can also act as an ISO recorder. It has the
ability to do isolated channel recording onto
an SSD drive with automatic file partitions.
The NVS-40 is great for various applications
such as corporate training, online news
media, presentations, or lecture capture
applications.
