off with a brief intro into your role at Swisscom, and some background on the company itself. Andras Kemeny: Swisscom is the leading telecommunications company in Switzerland; it’s the largest employer in Switzerland with 17,000 employees. I am leading Human Resources for a division called Swisscom Hospitality; I’ve been in this role for two years. Swisscom Hospitality is an international company; it is the most international department in Swisscom that goes well beyond Switzerland. We have 17 offices worldwide: one in the US; one in Hong Kong; one in
