Those lucky enough to kick back, relax and let their worries slip away might be baffled by this comment, but as many as 73% of British employees return from their holidays more stressed than when they left, according to a study by the Institute of Leadership & Management*. They struggle to readjust to 'real' life back on home turf. This usually kicks in during the journey home. Sometimes it's due to the unknown of what workload you'll to be faced with, as well as that sudden jolt that you're back to the grind.
