Directors, is currently
working within the IS
Operational Module.
Under the direction of a Contract Manager,
Chelsea is involved with numerous
projects across UK customer sites, many of
which she has visited during her training.
These visits have exposed Chelsea to
process ﬂow mapping, data input, stores
implementation, consignment stock, Key
Performance Indicators delivery and the
balanced scorecard.
In November, Chelsea joined the Tools &
Maintenance Core Competence Centre to
create the TMP catalogue. 'I've experienced
real positivity from others about the graduate
programme, and have been made to feel
very welcome,' says Chelsea.

'TRAINING IS GREAT'
Omar Hanif, Integrated
Solutions Headquarters

Omar is an Integrated
Services graduate - who
reports to ERIKS' Customer
Service Directors. He is
currently working in the
Integrated Solutions
Procurement Module,
where he has been involved with many
projects, activities and site meetings, and has
faced - and overcome - many challenges
over the last three months. His main
involvement so far has been with the ERIKS'
stationery tender for 2015/16. In November
he took the lead on the sustainability policy,
under the direction of the Health Safety
Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager.
'My group training and the open, friendly
environments I've worked in are great,' says
Omar. 'All the feedback I've had from the
business has been highly positive. Now I'm
looking forward to other projects.'

'BALANCE IS RIGHT'

Rhys Southcombe, Integrated
Solutions Headquarters
An Integrated Services
graduate working within
the Integrated Solutions
Commercial Module
and reporting to ERIKS'

The ERIKS UK
Academy is a two-year
programme of exposure
to UK divisions

Customer Service Directors, Rhys has
completed many tasks, and has also visited
customer sites to work on certain projects.
These include customer experience within
the delivery chain, stores implementation,
cost savings and balance scorecards. The
plan for the future is for Rhys to join the
Corporate Accounts team.
'I have enjoyed my mixture of ofﬁcebased work and site visits, and the balance
of routine tasks and ad hoc requests,' says
Rhys. 'I've also found everything has
always been well explained. Now I'm
looking forward to being exposed to
the Integrated Solutions Procurement
Module and the Tools & Maintenance Core
Competence Centre. I'm also keen to learn
more about ERIKS' Distribution and Electro
Mechanical Services (EMS) divisions.'

'I LOVE NETWORKING'
Matthew Rowling, ElectroMechanical Services Division

Reporting to the
Managing Director of
Electro-Mechanical
Services, graduate
Matthew has been
exposed to ERIKS'
Operating System, and
has become a super-user for the job
costing system - testing for bugs and
training new starters. In November, he
joined the marketing team to complete
a market research project, travelling
to ERIKS' branches and customer sites
across the UK. Next he will be joining the
Administrative Logistics team, the Drives

Core Competence Centre, Condition
Monitoring, Finance and Health, Safety,
Environmental and Quality (HSEQ).
'Working within different departments
of EMS has broadened my product and
commercial knowledge,' says Matthew. 'I
love networking with different teams.'

'CONFIDENCE IS KEY'

Kavita Pnaiser, ERIKS Headquarters
Reporting to ERIKS'
Programme Manager,
Kavita has had exposure
to the ERIKS' Operating
System within the
Administrative Logistics
(AL) team, Employee Services and Marketing.
She has already grasped the principles of
project management. Kavita is now continuing
within the AL team, where she is undertaking
the writing of the training documentation.
'As my knowledge of ERIKS broadens, I feel
more conﬁdent in my ability,' she says. I'd
love to improve my understanding of Eos
principles, functions and processes.'
