'I have worked in Customer Care
at Haven since February 2014.
My job involves helping with the
check-ins, taking bookings for
holidays, working on reception
and dealing with any issues.
'My favourite bit of the job
is welcoming people to the park
- it's always great to chat with
them and give them information
about the park.
'I also take pride in resolving
any problems that any customers
report. I was once bought a box of
chocolates from a guest who was
happy with the way I had dealt
with her issues regarding the
caravan she was staying in.
'I would definitely advise people
to join Haven; I love working
here and wake up excited about
coming to work. Everyone is
positive, helpful and fun.

want to do, having been given
a Customer Care role.'

Pathway to management
