aven Holidays is part of
Bourne Leisure - one of the
largest providers of holidays
and holiday-home ownership in the
UK. Bourne's brands (Haven, Butlin's
and Warner Leisure) are among the
most recognised within the domestic
holiday market, and it owns and
operates assets on 6,500 acres of
some of the UK's best real estate.

More than four million families visit one
of the parks, resorts or hotels every year

services to holiday-home owners and
holiday guests so that they can enjoy the
Bourne experience in a safe, secure and
appealing environment.
Over the years Bourne has come to
realise it needs the support of owners and
guests to ensure the continued long-term
success of its business. This strategy has
proved highly successful, delivering proﬁts
before tax in 2014 in excess of £200 million.

Around 6,000 Team Members work
across the three brands, although this rises
to nearly 12,000 in peak periods.
The majority work for one particular
brand, including those who work at
the Support Centre based in Hemel
Hempstead, Hertfordshire. But the
company also has teams that work
divisionally across a number of brands to
help them deliver the desired experience.

Haven has a very clear purpose, which
