Your on-the-job learning will be
supplemented by regular formal
training identiﬁed by the Learning and
Development Team.

'I joined Portakabin originally
as a graduate in July 2014, soon
after I �inished my degree at the
University of Warwick.
'Since then, I've worked my
way through the various
departments and was involved
in several projects, one of which
was one of the company's largest
projects to date.
'I am very proud of the fact
that I was recommended to be a
part of that team after being in
the Graduate Scheme for just six
months. This particular project
gave me a chance to work with
and understand the roles of the
Service and Projects teams, which
I soon learnt are an integral
element of becoming a successful
Commercial Manager.
'What I love most about
working at Portakabin is that
every day is different. Portakabin
gives me the opportunity to learn
continuously and develop myself
but with ample support as and
when I need it.
'The senior staff members are
approachable and always willing
to help and take suggestions on
board, and it is always comforting
to hear that even now they are
still learning as they progress.
'I can de�initely see a future
for myself in Portakabin and it is
certainly encouraging to know
that our Head of Regions started
off as a Commercial Trainee. I am
hopeful I'll be able to follow in his
footsteps.'

Requirements
Portakabin is looking for proactive
people who are willing to learn about
the company's various products and
who will provide the very best service
for its clients. It wants people who
are ﬂexible about working at different
locations across England and Wales and
enjoy working with new people, sharing
ideas and learning from others.
To recruit the very best talent, it
prefers graduates with at least a 2:1
degree. Business management and
project/construction degrees may be
advantageous but are not essential.
Applicants will need a full UK
driving licence - an interest in project
management or commercial sales would
also be beneﬁcial.

Bene�its
Salary: £26,000 per annum.
Annual leave: 24 days plus all the
usual bank and public holidays.
Company car, as travel will be required.
Other beneﬁts: company stakeholder
