She said: "I'm shadowing the role of construction site manager, so I get a full overview of what it takes to run the site day-to-day; overseeing all issues, documenting each day's activities and looking after health and safety, as well as contractors, clients and the general public. Construction is so friendly and I get to meet new people every day. Each day is different, so there's always a new challenge to get involved in."
