CAU has always made sure that every job with us has

the kitchen can lead all the way through to operations
management. Apprenticeships are offered as a way to
encourage learning, progression and development and

industry is always full of wonderful personalities and so
working alongside your team mates often means work
feels less like work and more like spending time with

charity so that they can support their chosen cause with
fundraising events through the year. We like to look after
our staff so each day teams have a staff meal and an input
into their working patterns to help you enjoy what you do.
