The success of a project is determined by the
quality of the preparation, so before starting
any work we take time to ensure that the
potential project being considered will deliver

The next step is a "business scope". This
enables us to gain a deeper understanding of
your business and the key issues you face. We
visit your business, examine the operation and
have a detailed discussion with some of your key
staff. This takes between one and two days, and
enables us to plan the next phase with precision
rather than take a "wall-to-wall" approach.
The analysis is critical in a number of ways.
We spend a good deal of time "at the coal
face", getting a profound understanding of
the current strengths and weaknesses of the
operation. We analyse past data to ensure
that what we see is representative, and we

system of management will be developed,
management tools implemented and staff
training completed to ensure continued
