good to use technology to
look at applicants on social media, but
you still need to interact with them.
Communication skills when you're
interviewing a candidate are key.
The quality of interviewing
skills are 70% down on what they were
20 years ago. Many in the recruitment
industry are no longer devoting quality
time to interviewing, assessing and
interacting with candidates. But use
these well and you'll find the best.
