Combining the best in academic theory,
commercial insights and practical
application, the Cranfield Executive MBA
is delivered by Cranfield in partnership
with leading business and financial
adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP.
The part-time programme, which
runs over two years, develops students'
leadership and management skills,
with a specific focus on business
growth and innovation, through
teaching from current practitioners,
business simulations and one-to-one
leadership coaching.
Participants gain a sophisticated
understanding of core aspects of
business and finance, as well as
enhanced leadership skills, through
modules in entrepreneurship, operational
excellence, interpersonal skills and
developing competitive advantage.
Elective modules include cyber
security and data analytics, as well
as the opportunity to undertake a
company-based project, enabling
students to take MBA-level learning back
into their organisation.
Cranfield was the first university in the
UK to launch apprenticeships at Master's
level, and the Executive MBA with Grant
Thornton is the first MBA programme in
the UK to satisfy the Level 7 Senior Leader
Apprenticeship standard, allowing
levy-paying organisations to sponsor
participants through the new
apprenticeship levy fund.
