hen we launched BALANCE more than three years ago, there was one name on my wish list
of cover interviews: Boris Johnson. I'm joking! It was, of course, the great Deepak Chopra,
who has for so long been such an inspiration to me personally and, of course, millions of
others worldwide. This is a man who, through his teachings, talks, books and beyond has
helped take wellbeing to the masses. So imagine our giddy delight when we sat down to chat with Deepak
about his new book Metahuman, the state of the planet and, crucially, nature - which also shapes the very
theme of this issue. With the Amazon burning down right before our eyes, it's time to collectively take a stand
