Pic's Peanut Butter than
toast and sandwiches

for a recipe using his peanut butter,
Pic Picot - the man behind Pic's
Peanut Butter - replied: 'Take a jar
of Pic's, a knife and a packet of dates. Sit in
front of the telly, spread peanut butter on a date
and eat it. Repeat until the packet is finished.'
These Pic's Peanut Butter recipes have been
created by Charlotte of Charley's Health blog
(charleyshealth.co.uk). They may be a little more
complicated than Pic's, but the result's the
same: healthy food so tasty you'll wonder why
it took you so long to try it.

ATTACK
CHOCOLATE PEANUT
BUTTER GRANOLA
Makes 4 cups
You will need
* 2tbsp Pic's Smooth Peanut Butter
* 1tbsp coconut oil
* 2tbsp agave/brown rice syrup
* 1tbsp raw cacao powder
* 1¾ cup jumbo oats
* ½ cup cashews and almonds mixed
* ⅓ cup coconut chips
* Pinch of sea salt
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 and
line a tray with baking paper.
'ADDICTED'
2. Gently heat peanut butter, coconut oil, agave
and cacao powder over a low heat. Mix together.
3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large
mixing bowl and pour over the melted peanut
butter mixture. Stir everything together to
completely coat the dry ingredients.
4. Pour this onto the baking tray and pop into
the oven for 15 minutes. Stir the granola every
5 minutes to ensure it doesn't burn.
5. Once ready, remove from oven and allow
to cool completely. For an extra special treat,
add some chunks of chopped dark chocolate.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
