Keep up the good work.
Some small tweaks to your
routine will allow you to
expand your horizons and
maybe even take on a new
challenge or pick up a
hobby. Let go of the leash
a little bit - you might just
surprise yourself.
Liz Wilde asks: "What
needs to happen in 2020 to
make it your best year yet?
Your focus is inspiring, but
be okay with life changing
your plans - there may be
something even better out
there that you haven't yet
imagined. Give yourself
time to just be, rather than
constantly doing. Quality
of life is worth more
than any goal."

On the whole, you have a
pretty solid routine and are
good at splitting your time
across the various areas
of your life. However, it's
important to keep an eye
on things, so you recognise
when you're spending too
much time on one area and
not enough on another.
Liz says: "What do you
want to do differently this
year? It's easy for family
and friends to get lost in
the drive for achievement.
"Choose your top three
priorities for 2020 and post
them up somewhere, so
you see them every day.
Give your full attention to
what (and whom) is most
important in your life."

You're keeping things going
and regularly feel like you
are teetering on either
greatness or failure.
Remember to focus on
the things that are truly
important to you and
make time for those things
to become a larger part of
your daily life.
Liz says: "Health and
wellbeing are the most
significant goals of all, so
you don't want them to get
lost in the business of life.
Ask yourself what being
healthier would look like.
Better cardio fitness? Fewer
niggling ailments? Commit
to the specifics that will
get you there and record
your progress."

Mostly Ds: Prioritise

Things can pass you by and you don't even realise. Make sure you spend time on the truly
important things in life. Take a couple of holidays a year - this doesn't have to mean big,
blow-out breaks; it can be a short UK trip. Be sure to spend time with your loved ones, too.
Liz says: "Are you trying to people-please rather than do what's right for you? Experiment
with leaving unhelpful habits behind and focus on specific goals for 2020 concerning
relationships, travel, work, money, learning, health and fun. Then feel proud of every step you
take towards each one."

Mostly Es: Be accountable

You may be lacking direction. Be clear about your needs and desires for the year ahead.
Set out a structured, but realistic, plan for how you can fulfil them. Having an accountability
partner is a great way to check your progress and work out where you're falling down.
Liz says: "You've lost yourself on the crazy hamster wheel of life. We create our experience
with our thinking. Start noting how many times your inner voice narrates the world in
a negative way. You are not the voice in your head, but the one who hears it. Pessimistic
thoughts have no power over you unless you believe them."
