fter noting all the many things I would
love to do, but hadn't got around to
yet in this incredible city of ours,
I decided to write myself a "London
list". It's so easy to take what is right next to you
for granted and put it off for another day, but
after chatting with some enthusiastic tourists
in Greenwich Park, I was reminded how lucky
I was to live somewhere people visit on holiday!
I asked for recommendations from friends
then set about choosing my favourites, focusing
on free and affordable options. Turns out there
are loads of amazing options.

Afterwards, it's easy to be kind by taking
a little time to review them online. This is
especially effective if you review a small
business. It's encouraging for people to see their
work is appreciated and helpful to others trying
to choose where to go and what to do.
If you've visited an unusual museum, seen
a great show in a pub or visited a local art
exhibition and enjoyed it, give it a glowing write
up. Let's encourage the amazing creativity in
London and enjoy ourselves in the process.
