HOW DID YOU BECOME AN AUTHOR?
I wrote my first book while doing
teacher training, and my first six
horror novels, released one per year
in America, were published while I was
a teacher. It was hard.

Difficult to say without giving away the
twist... A woman confronts her past
to save her daughter - but nothing
is as it seems! It's twisty, heartbreaking and heart-warming.

Don't feel you have to write in order
- write how you feel that day. And
don't try crafting a happy scene when
your day has been awful!

The manuscript for my sixth
novel, 5ive Truths - a serial killer
novel with a huge twist - is just
about complete, and I have been
approached to write the script
for a film. I'm also working hard
to launch a new mental health
website across the UK, in my
capacity as an awareness
campaigner for Mind and Rethink.
