You will need:
* 50g Flahavan's Irish
Organic Porridge Oats
* 130g spinach
* 1 heaped tsp za'atar
spice blend
* 250ml almond milk
* Olive oil
* 40g asparagus
* 100g feta cheese
* 1 tbsp pomegranate
seeds and slices of lemon
(optional)
1. Wilt, then finely chop,
the spinach.
2. Combine Flahavan's
Oats, the za'atar and
almond milk over a
for 10 minutes, stirring
regularly until thick.
4. Toss the asparagus
in olive oil, then char the
medium heat, and slowly
bring to the boil. Once
bubbling, reduce the heat.
3. Add the chopped
spinach to the porridge
and continue to heat
spears on a hot griddle.
5. Divide the porridge
mixture between
two bowls, and top
with crumbled feta
and asparagus.
