My attitude towards vitamins and
supplements, much like my taste in
music, is trapped in the Nineties.

the all-encompassing approach,
via the scales, wearable tech and
app, I knew the process would be
thorough, and so it has proved.
Logging in details and answering a
few questions about my lifestyle
only took a few moments, with
Healthspan creating a personalised
multivitamin just for me. The
questionnaire deduced that I needed
more thiamin (good for energy),

Does this mean I'd now consider
