NO CHANCE
Congratulations, you are
unlikely to be sociopathic
to any serious degree.
ADVICE:
Keep thinking about how
your long-terms plans
may be affected by the
consequences of shortterm gratification. Stay in
touch with your empathy
by listening to others and
putting yourself in their
shoes before taking action.
Don't lose your human
touch and slip down the
sociopath slope.

x

You are in the mid range of
sociopathy.
ADVICE:
Your own happiness is
more important to you
than other people's, so you
need to balance what you
want with making sure
you don't lose friendships,
alienate family or make
enemies at work when
pursuing your goals.
Ask people how they are
feeling and really listen to
them. It may irritate you
that you have to consider
other people on your
journey to success, but if
you don't, you'll end up
wasting your own precious
time having to listen to
them tell you how much
you've upset them.

DEFINITELY MAYBE
You could be considered
to have a high-level
sociopathic personality.
You will find it almost
impossible to imagine
changing your thoughts or
behaviour to make others
happy. Consider, though,
that there are advantages
to doing this. Bosses
promote people who not
only do the job well, but
are pleasant to work with.
ADVICE:
Others are more likely to
go out of their way for you
if they benefit from it, too.
Thank people for their
help and always make
sure you do something in
return - don't stab them
in the back or forget about
them once they're no
longer of use to you. Your
reputation for being nasty
or neglectful could turn
round and bite you one
day, so play nice.

TIPS FOR
BEING MORE
HUMAN
CENTRE OF THE
UNIVERSE
Remember the world
doesn't revolve around you.
If someone else will be
affected by your behaviour,
stop and think about how
you can still get what you
want without upsetting,
harming or affecting them.

WIN WIN
Whenever you want to
achieve a goal, satisfy a
desire or acquire something,
think about how you can get
what you want and how the
other people involved could
also genuinely benefit. When
you can create win wins for
everyone, you'll build
positive relationships and
may even make a real friend.

TICK TOCK
You can't stand wasting time
listening to people tell you
you've upset them, done
something wrong etc. So
the next time you want to
do something online with
your goals, desires, needs
etc remember you will
ultimately save time by
asking people how they will
feel if you do X, Y or Z.
Listen to what they say and
figure out how to achieve
your goal in a way that won't
negatively impact them.

CROSSING THE LINE
People have boundaries. Of
course you wish they didn't,
but they do. So, if someone
tells you you've gone too
far, listen and remember to
check regularly if they are
still comfortable with the
situation/conversation/
plan before continuing. This
will help build genuine trust
and you'll see what it's like
to mutually cooperate.
