Grana Padano Cheese is similarly

* 6 slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele
* 1 pear
* 5g Grana Padano (grated)
* 6tbsp of apple balsamic vinegar
* 4tbsp olive oil
* Salt & pepper
* 6-8 shavings of Grana Padano
1. Place the slices of Prosciutto di San
Daniele on a plate. Peel, core and slice
the pear and place on the prosciutto,
topping it with the grated Grana Padano.

2. Reduce the apple balsamic vinegar
by ⅓ and while still warm, add the same
quantity of olive oil and stir.
