I hope you had an awesome Christmas
and the new year has started well for you.
I'm really excited to be the guest editor
of Balance magazine this month for the
transformation issue.
I'm known on social media for posting
before and after pics of people going
through their own transformations and
today I'm going to share with you my top
tips to help you live a healthier, happier and leaner life in 2018.
You may think I'm just here to bang on about exercise routines, dieting
and New Year's resolutions, but actually I don't believe in dieting or placing
unrealistic pressures on yourself. Rather I believe in small lifestyle changes and
daily wins to build confidence and form new habits.
My mantra in life is simple: 'work hard, have fun and be nice'. I believe this
can apply to everything. In the following pages, you'll read about my simple tips
and small daily actions which can lead to a big transformation in your life.
I'm pretty sure there will be something in this issue of Balance to help you feel
transformed this year.
