Balance Festival, 17-19 April, is a dream

hen you hear the word "festival", you
probably don't picture thousands of people
munching on healthy food, drinking
kombucha, stretching it out in a yoga studio
or working up a sweat in a punchy HIIT
class. Yet, that's exactly what will be
happening between 17-19 April 2020, at the Old Truman Brewery,
Shoreditch, for Balance Festival. A long-time favourite of foodies,
fitness fans and wellness warriors, this year's star-studded line-up
includes Alice Liveing, Adrienne Herbert, Jasmine Hemsley, Dale
Pinnock, Cat Meffan, Zanna Van Dijk, Harry Jameson, Richie
Norton, Steph Elswood - and that's just to name-drop a few. Here's

Festival brings eight of them

recreated studios. Even better,
