Francis and Emily enjoy working with

landlords and letting agents, who need

Key to success
It's all about the detail - the team's
number-one priority is to make sure
their customers, or tenants, live in a
safe house that is stylish, clean and
comfortable. They work closely with
local authorities, who also use Rent 2
Rent to house tenants, to make sure
everything is totally legal and compliant.
With a property manager, cleaner and
gardener on the team, plus a highly
efﬁcient syste they only spend a fe
hours each day working on the business.
