and mentor who has worked in the sector since 1999.
Originally from South Wales, Mandy now has a
multi-million pound property portfolio in the UK and
overseas and offers professional mentoring to support
women who wish to invest either by renovating for
sale or who want to build their own portfolio. She's a
regular commentator on property and construction
issues across the media.
Do I need a property mentor?
Property market dynamics are constantly changing in
terms of ﬁnance, mortgages, new legislation, planning
laws or building regulations. There are always new
ways of investing, too. A good mentor will help you
avoid costly pitfalls.
Which mentor to choose?
There are roughly two categories:
1. The 'volume' property mentor. They will often run big
