At Home With Lorraine Kelly 2017 - 78
Luxurious and comfortable, the
new collection from Bonsoir of
London will help you on your way
to getting a better night's sleep
Not quite managed to get the recommended
seven to nine hours sleep last night?
You're not alone; according to the sleep
council, nearly half of us are getting just six
hours or less sleep a night. In recent years,
with busy days and even busier evenings,
for some people sleep has become more
of an afterthought. A better mood, higher
productivity and concentration levels are
just some of the health benefits that come
with getting a good night's rest.
Designer, producer and retailer Bonsoir
of London is on a quest to help improve
the sleep quality of the nation and beyond,
with its beautifully made traditional men's
and women's nightwear. Reputed for
its attention to detail and customer service,
Bonsoir has a long-standing reputation
for excellence and its knowledge on
sourcing exceptional fabrics. It has been
offering sophisticated quality, craftsmanship
and style to its customers since 1926.
The heart of Bonsoir is based
in Somerset, where a small team
of specialist seamstresses, in their
very own sewing room, handcraft selected
pieces. This ensures that the company
retains traditional craft and sewing
techniques for its luxurious collections,
making them of the finest quality.
Alongside the core collection made up
of crisp cottons, soft modal and warm
brushed cotton, a made-to-order service
is also available on all of the wool and
cashmere dressing gowns, as well as silk
gowns and pyjamas. With a focus on
supporting other British manufacturers,
Bonsoir sources fabrics from UK suppliers
and travels further afield for special pieces,
including luxury wool from Italy.
Over the years Bonsoir of London has
collaborated with many equally prestigious
companies including Viyella, Liberty
of London and Hardy Amies to create
some inspiring limited-edition pyjamas,
nightdresses and dressing gowns.
The spring/summer collection includes
beautiful polka-dot pyjamas with intricate
piping detail and matching, soft, woven
dressing gowns in feminine pink and aqua.
For the menswear collection, a new
Heritage line has been introduced, made
up of traditional checks and stripes in both
royal and classic blue. There are on-trend
nightshirts as well as classic pyjamas.
