cocktail with grapefruit, strawberry

You will need:
50ml Rock Rose Gin
25ml grapefruit juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
Tiny pinch of ground pink peppercorns
3 large strawberries
the shaker and a o ins
or highba g ass with ice cubes.
Add a the ingredients exce t one o the
strawberries and the soda water to the
shaker and shake unti a thin ice crust or s
on the outside o the shaker.
Sing e strain the i uor into the g ass
to with the soda water and garnish
with the ast strawberry.
