At Home With Lorraine Kelly 2017 - 153
'I used to go to gyms, but just found
them tedious and, to be honest, I'm
bad at self-motivating. However,
at BMF it was different. The group
is supportive and they're a friendly
bunch. BMF seems to attract decent
people and it's a great leveller
because you can't tell what walks
of life people come from. BMF does
the ob. t helps me stay fit and ll
keep going as long as I'm able - I'm
70 next year for goodness sake!
Joining BMF is a way of life. It's not
something you do for a short while.
You build it into your routine.'

'I saw an advert on Facebook for
a free BMF trial session and
thought: why not? Got nothing to
lose, except my breath. When I got
there, to my surprise (and relief),
I saw lots of people of all shapes,
sizes, ages and abilities. The bib
system means that the super sporty
people go off and get the workout
they need, while beginners like me
work with people of a similar fitness.
Now I tell the newbies: "This is your
hardest session. If you can do this
one, then you can do them all."'
thought was fit doing three body
combat and four gym sessions a
week. Now, after joining BMF, I'm
really fit t gives you confidence.
'I have done three sessions and am
still behind all the rest of the Blues,
but I absolutely love it! I have given
up my gym membership and am
determined not to be fat and 50!'
