These are tasty and easy-to-cook meals, perfect for weening a person off the poor food they might already eat. ‘The monthly magazine, Rosemary Conley’s Diet & Fitness shares real-life inspirational stories, delicious recipes and specialised weight loss plans, and it’s great to read to remind yourself why you’re doing this – the health and lifestyle benefits. What really benefitted me though, were the exercise classes, (aerobic) which took place at my local club.
